Residenze Naviglio

A residential complex along the Naviglio Grande canal, designed to integrate with the historic urban fabric while introducing contemporary living standards. The project features 24 units across four floors, with generous terraces overlooking the waterway.

The Residenze Naviglio project responds to the challenge of densifying an established neighbourhood without disrupting its character. The facade composition draws from the rhythm of traditional Milanese courtyard buildings, reinterpreted through a contemporary material palette of exposed concrete, corten steel, and large-format glazing. Each apartment benefits from cross-ventilation and direct canal views, while shared amenities — a rooftop garden and ground-floor co-working space — foster community within the building.
